It doesn’t get much more local than Pike Honeymoon Suite. Superb honey from the beehives on the Fairmont Olympic Hotel’s roof adds dimension to the biscuity flavor of wholesome malt and aromatic Yakima Valley hops. Pours a light gold color and pairs well with salads, seafood, nuts and cheeses. This is one tasty collaboration.
