Fresh Hops in the winter!? Meet Cryo Fresh Hop, our newest Headlands taproom exclusive West Coast IPA. Hops are harvested directly from the vine and flash frozen within 24 hours to preserve the truest nature of the hop cone and highlight the naturally occurring lupulin oils that help flavor beers! Assertive young juniper foliage notes waft from the glass with subtle tangerine and grapefruit rind. A light crisp body with bright carbonation is marked by notable pine bitterness and similar citrus, vanishing quickly on the palate. Hop lovers rejoice with the best expression of hop cones right off the vine!
