A blend of crystal, chocolate and munich malt gives a strong malt backbone to this beer, with notes of toffee and ovaltine on the nose. On the taste complex biscuit flavours dominate with a hint of roasted dryness on the backend. A blend of 3 golding hop varieties are bolstered with a small amount of meridian to help the traditional golding varieties pop.
