Beer Description
Our uniquely Yankee twist on a historic German style. This copper-hued lager showcases 100% locally grown and malted New England grains β including Danko Rye (Valley Malt) plus Golden Triticale and Crystal Rye (Blue Ox Malting Co.) β giving it layers of earthy spice, soft sweetness, and hints of molasses and maple. Balanced by floral, citrusy hops (including fresh whole-cone Cascade from the Tuck Museum & Hampton Historical Society!), this oneβs a love letter to local farms and flavor.
