Beer Description
Crafted with fresh spruce tips and 100% local malt (from both Valley Malt and Blue Ox), resulting in a fun drinking, crisp brew that truly evokes fond memories of walking through the woods with our family to cut down a Christmas tree. Hazy orange in color, with a thick, creamy white head, All Spruced Up drinks more like an IPA than a Pale Ale, with a full body and big piney, citrus, and grapefruit notes from the use of the spruce tips plus Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial hops.
