Beer Description
THIS BEER WAS BREWED WITH A STRONG BASE OF MUNICH AND 2-ROW BARLEY ALONG WITH A SELECTION OF CARAMEL AND ROASTED MALTS. IT IS HOPPED LIGHTLY WITH AMERICAN HOPS AND THEN FERMENTED WITH A CLASSIC AMERICAN ALE YEAST. POST-FERMENTATION WE ALLOW THE BEER TO MELLOW FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS TO HELP BRING OUT FLAVORS REMINISCENT OF TOFFEE, CARAMEL, FRESH BAKED BREAD AND A TOUCH OF LIGHT ROAST COFFEE. IT IS THE PERFECT AFTERNOON SESSION BEER AND A PERFECT COMPLIMENT TO OUR PUB MENU.
