Beer Description
This new IPA explores the relationship between hop and yeast expression.
Citra drives its classic notes of grapefruit and candied citrus peel, while Nelson layers in sauvignon blanc character; gooseberry and white grape. Through co-fermentation with two complementary yeast strains, we amplify hop derived floral terpenes, pushing aromatics to the forefront while maintaining clarity and balance, all wrapped in a soft texture and clean finish. Drink fresh. Store cold.
