Beer Description
An old school west coast IPA with a twist! We started with a base of 2-row malt to create a super dry template for this beer. Then we dosed in some Simcoe and Cascade on the hot side to create layers of dank pine and citrus. An Ales for ALS blend featuring Simcoe, Krush, Mosaic, Docita, and HBC 1019 makes up the dry hop and contributes
