This lactose free pastry stout was brewed with Root Shoot Malting Genie Pale, flaked oats, brewers crystals, maltodextrin, pale chocolate, chocolate rye, caramel malts, and de-bittered black malt in a 16 hour boil, and fermented American ale yeast. This high octane beer drinks smooth and chocolaty with a desert finish.
