A fun beer, pilsner malt base with malted wheat, unmalted wheat, and oats. We then ferment the beer with our much loved Kviek yeast (Hornindal), hopped with Citra, Cascade, and Strata. Once done, we give it a nice dose of those three hops for a dry hop, c

Once done, we give it a nice dose of those three hops for a dry hop, crash it, carb it, and now we get to drink it! Yes, it’ll have a hazy appearance due to the protein, yeast, and hop dose. Enjoy!
