Beer Description
The Ritual
The Lager was brewed with a fair amount of rice for a smooth and clean drinking body. Then we used Lemondrop Hops alongside Lemon Peel to create a bright citrusy note to complement the pop the Sea Salt brings. Finally we finished it with a touch of Rosemary for an herbaceous note to make this a proper drinking cold weather Lager.
