Beer Description
A result of our undying love for lagers and westies, where we combined the best of both worlds. A crisp beer, brewed with our mighty house lager yeast, and cold rested to perfection. Local organic rice keeps the body lean, clean and sharp with a dry aftertaste and lets the hops do their thing. It is layered with 4 diffferent hops that creates aromas of grapefruit, lime, lemon zest and a touch of pine, with a defined bitterness and a refreshing finish.
