West Coast Double IPA made for the Bistro IPA fest in Hayward.
A super clean and dry west coast DIPA made with Mosaic incognito and Columbus Cryo in the whirlpool, then double dry hopped with Mosaic, Nelson, Audacia.
Dank, Tropical fruit, with undertones of blueberry and pomegranate.
