Beer Description
Our expression of an Italian Style Pilsner starts with a decoction mash with Eraclea Pilsner Malt grown in northern Italy near Venice. Lightly dry-hopped with Saaz, it is straw-golden lager with a crisp, refreshing, and clean flavor, with aromatic, herbal/floral noble hop flavor.
