Beer Description
Dry hopped Pilsner, a homage to a homage. Inspired by Tipopils from Birrificio Italiano itself chasing the dream of a herbal Jever bottle. We’ve taken that love for the clean and herbal Germanic lager and updated it a bit further by dry hopping with nobel Hersbruker AND one of our favourites, Ella from
Australia gaining a bright hoppier finish. Adding a little grapefruit, lemon and bergamot note to an already crisp, bright, 30 day matured lager
VISUAL: light and crisp look with a low level haze
AROMA: a fresh lemon peel hit with quintessential herbal notes
TASTE: citrus in the build up leading to clean and snappy bitterness
BODY & FINISH: light and crispy with moreish effervescence
