Brewed between the peaks of Bern and Interlaken, 3 Peaks Lager is a modern take on a classic style.
Built on Pilsner, Cara Hell and Weizen malts, it delivers a soft, bready backbone with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Noble hops – Magnum, Hallertau Perle and Saaz – bring balance with delicate bitterness and subtle floral spice.
Naturally hazy. Crisp. Alive. Unfiltered and unpasteurized = more flavor, more aroma. Uses classic noble hops, floral, not fruity.
It is very balanced and easy to drink.
