Beer Description
The combination of Southern Hemisphere and noble cones gives every taste bright tropical fruit nuances on top of hints of green grass, white wine, and orange blossom. A mild bitterness flows beneath the pops of passion fruit and lemongrass
New Zealand Pilsner. The team started with a base of Pilsner malts and flaked wheat for a soft, clean body infused with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Motueka, and Hallertau Mittelfruh. Then they fermented it cold with their house Lager strain and spunded the brew for natural carbonation.
The combination of Southern Hemisphere and noble cones gives every taste bright tropical fruit nuances on top of hints of green grass, white wine, and orange blossom. A mild bitterness flows beneath the pops of passion fruit and lemongrass, keeping it all extra fresh.
