We’re packing out a fresh IPA for the weekend, right now, as we speak. We’re always excited to work directly with hop suppliers to identify and source single, expressive lots with their own distinct character. Exploring a hop variety this way reveals how its profile shifts, not just from farm to farm, but from site to site on an individual farm; a single point of origin.
This particular selection of Strata is giving us notes of strawberry astronaut ice cream, passion fruit, marshmallow and artisanal edibles.
