Beer Description
A strong, pale German bockbier made with 100% malt from 5th generation Colorado farmers and malthouse, @rootshootmalting . Mashed with a blend of their Odyssey Pilsner and Vienna malts, and hopped with one of our favorites, German Tettnanger. Fermented cold with our house Bock yeast, natural carbonation captured by spunding, and lagered for many weeks until perfectly matured. Smooth notes of honey-brushed Hawaiian sweet rolls with fried bananas.
