Beer Description
A festival-strength, moderately hoppy pale lager. Brewed in celebration of our 1yr Anniversary using premium malted barley from all our Craft Malt suppliers last year: Admiral, Root Shoot, Sugar Creek, and Epiphany. Hopped exclusively with Lorien from our pals at Indie Hops who happened to join us in collaboration for this brew. Fermented with our house lager yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and lagered colder in our hozirontal lagering tanks for 6 weeks. This All-American Festbier features notes of fluffy southern biscuits, clover honey, with fresh cut grass and delicate bouquets.
