Interstate 40 East takes you to the beach, and this classic Witbier will also transport you to a summer vacation. European pilsner malt and flaked wheat create a smooth-bodied base beer that is layered with additions of freshly-ground coriander seed and orange peel, creating a bright, citrusy, summer hit that melds perfectly with the fruity esters from the Belgian yeast.
