Part of the YCH FWD program spotlighting HBC 1183 before it ever hits the mainstream. Built on a lean, clean West Coast frame with a stripped down malt bill and a neutral yeast profile, itβs all about letting the hop speak loud and clear. The aromatics pop with bright florals, lemon zest, and soft stone fruit, opening the door to a saturated wave of tropical character, think ripe fruit, mixed berries, and just enough edge to keep things snappy. Crisp, expressive, and quietly experimental.
