Beer Description
For our upcoming annual conference (Craft Brewers
Conference in Philly), we participated in a collaborative
brew to celebrate the event. MaltEurop, Novoensis,
Rowan University, the Master Brewers’ Association of
America, and Liscio’s Bakery all participated in a brew day to create this amberish rye lager out of Liscio’s bread.
Over one hundred pounds of toast went into the mash for
this brew, and the result is, as we often say, liquid bread.
