Beer Description
Fermented with our house kolsch yeast
nice and cool for a crisp, clean mouthfeel.
We get notes of kiwi juice, lemon-lime sorbet,
honeydew, strawberry, peach, cantaloupe, freshly
squeezed orange juice, and pine resin. Soft and
crushable.
A new draft only hoppy ale brewed with
Rabbit Hill Malthouse 2-row, pilsner, and malted
wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Hiiell Melon, and dry hopped with New Zealand Moutere and Motueka from
Eggers hops. Fermented with our house kolsch yeast
nice and cool for a crisp, clean mouthfeel.
