Beer Description
The Last of the Big Dawgz is a West Coast IPA brewed as a loving nod to our former head brewer, Aaron Copelin — a NorCal original known for rocking socks with sandals, cruising in a Subaru Forester with California plates, and calling just about everybody Big Dog.
Just like the man himself, this beer is classic, unbothered, and full of character: bright citrus, piney bitterness, a little dankness, and a crisp, clean finish that keeps things moving. Columbus and Simcoe lay down the old-school backbone, while Krush, Mosaic, Nelson, and Mosaic Cryo ride shotgun for a punchy modern hop blast.
A little Northern California attitude, a little Pacific Northwest polish, and a whole lot of Big Dog energy.
