Boldly hopped and classically structured, this American IPA bridges old-school character with new-wave flair. A sturdy malt base of 2-Row, Munich, and a touch of Crystal malts lends notes of toasted bread crust and light caramel, grounding the hop-forward ride to come. Zeus kicks things off with firm bitterness, clearing the way for a layered hop blend featuring Cascade and Centennial’s pine and grapefruit punch, while Idaho 7 and Amarillo bring in bright waves of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and a hint of sticky resin. The result is a crisp, balanced IPA with a lasting finish that lingers like a good story.
