Pagan Rage is made up of layers upon layers of decadent, luscious, silky smooth barrel character, rich chocolate, deep caramel, dark fruit and more! As it warms up, the flavors blossom and unravel into this delicately balanced yet abundantly flavorful
A big luscious Imperial Stout brewed in June 2022, placed into its first Woodford Double Oaked barrel in July 2022 then in November of 2023 it was transferred into 8+ year Elijah Craig barrels where it remained in barrels until just about a month ago. All together it was aged in barrels for 46 months! Pagan Rage is made up of layers upon layers of decadent, luscious, silky smooth barrel character, rich chocolate, deep caramel, dark fruit and more! As it warms up, the flavors blossom and unravel into this delicately balanced yet abundantly flavorful concoction. Very excited to share this one with you all!
