The fifth brew in a series showcasing some of our favorite selected lots, in this case Dolcita (formerly HBC 1019), & putting them out to pasture with Cryo Pop, a blend Yakima Chiefs Hops specifically formulated for dry hopping during primary fermentation
It’s a running joke when we rub hops each harvest… “Yeah, I like everything about it… I just wish it popped more.” The fifth brew in a series showcasing some of our favorite selected lots, in this case Dolcita (formerly HBC 1019), & putting them out to pasture with Cryo Pop, a blend Yakima Chiefs Hops specifically formulated for dry hopping during primary fermentation .
