Beer Description
Brewed to honor the life and the bright light Michael Garcia gave to this world. As part of the city-wide collaborative effort to brew one of Michaels favorite styles, a Czech inspired pilsner. Brewed with floor malted Czech pilsner malt, hopped judiciously with saaz hops, and fermented slow and cold with our favorite Czech lager yeast.
