Beer Description
Volume XXVIII pairs whole rhubarb stalks from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Lambicus known for its combination of deep barnyard funk and cherry pie. Aromas of roasted Balaton cherries, funk, freshly tilled earth and almonds present themselves then give way to a tall, tight structure rounded out by a finish of bright rhubarb accented by its malic acid.
