West Coast Pilsner, 5.5%
A pilsner to celebrate nine amazing years brewing in the Bywater neighborhood in New Orleans. A beer that marries tradition with contemporary. A beer with a foundation similar to our euro influenced pilsners, but amped up with a fun new(ish) West Coast hop, Krush. Big aromas of raspberry and mango jump out with a familiar bright and thirst quenching pilsner finish. Made with @sugarcreek pilsner malt, hopped with a touch of Tettnanger and beaucoup Krush and Krush Cryo, and fermented slow and low with our our house Czech lager yeast.
