Beer Description
A West Coast for the West Village. Brewed with Mike Lovullo, our good friend and NYC craft beer connector. Everything in its Right Place is a DIPA riff on our West Coast IPA, Rewind or Die, turned up a notch. (v2 with a slightly lower abv at 8.5%)
This oneโs built on a layered foundation of Citra and Chinook in the kettle, followed by a big Citra whirlpool addition. Dry hopped in two rounds: first with Cascade and Chinook, then again with Citra and Cascade.
Expect notes of citrus medley, pine, and resin, with a crisp finish. Bold and bright, just how we like our West Coasts.
