Beer Description
Harvest 2024, Release 2026 Unlike most of our ciders that tend to be more tart or even bitter, this cider has a more neutral character thanks to a mix of mostly sweet and some sharp apples that grow in Fabian’s orchard. An extended aging has yielded a sophisticated taste featuring notes of citrus, stone fruit, and minerals while maintaining our signature bone-dry finish. Original Art By Bleecker Wheeler
