Beer Description
WIND is inspired by one of Rocky Ridge’s biggest sustainability wins: capturing and reusing fermentation CO2 to carbonate our beer, preventing over 100 tonnes of emissions from entering the atmosphere.
This DDH Hazy IPA brings together a huge blend of US and New Zealand hops for a beer bursting with tropical intensity and modern hop character. A pale golden haze and fluffy white head set the stage for waves of melon, tropical fruit, coconut, and unmistakable Kiwi dankness. A silky body and restrained bitterness allow the hop profile to carry long through the finish.
