Beer Description
Pilsner malt for a clean backbone, a hit of Munich for subtle caramel depth, and roasted wheat to bring that volcanic-planet boardroom energy. Next, we unleash an imperial parade of hops, spearheaded by some local Margaret River Flinders on the hot side for bitterness and a spicy edge. Simcoe Dynaboost cranks the pine and resin, followed by Riwaka, Cryo Simcoe, Motueka, and a late-ferment Amplifire Motueka Hop Oil blast to ensure the bitterness lingers.
