Beer Description
TWENTY-SIX is a Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout that begins with our beloved stout base, unique to only our Anniversary Series, using a plethora of roasted and flaked malts, barley and rye then aged a full year in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. What results is a deep black stout with a nose of cocoa powder, oak and hints of sweet molasses. One sip and you’ll be greeted with flavors reminiscent of smores by the campfire. Dark chocolate, marshmallow, graham cracker and burnt sugar dominate the palate while whispers of vanilla, raisin, rye spice and a warming alcohol sensation linger. TWENTY-SIX weighs in around 14% ABV, 21 IBUs and a color of 102 SRM.
