Beer Description
This is a bright, refreshing golden ale; light on malt, focusing instead on the vibrant New World hops. Citra, Vic Secret and Amarillo are used as rest hops creating a fruity and flavoursome beer which is nicely balanced and gently bitter.
The Solstice happens twice a year on the longest and shortest days. When you drink this beer, think of the longest!
