Kölsch. A beautiful beer style from Germany- crispy, clean, lagered beer with a straw/hay color. This beer, as with most in this series, is meant to be beer flavored beer, brewed beautifully for an excellent drinking experience. It’s the summer in Houston- so the hot times call for cold beers that go down and try to put out the flames. You’ve found one of the beers to help you do that.
