Beer Description
This is the full blended batch of the previous experimental kegs the public got to try last Friday. We were testing two different malt bills and three different yeasts to focus on an ideal hazy base recipe. After pulling the sample kegs the rest of the batch was unified into one tank and kegged off as a blend.
The hops were kept reliable and punchy by using just Mosaic and Citra.
The name was a quip from Aleks after he had to clean all 6 of the little test batch tanks after emptying.
