Beer Description
Sometimes we lose things in the cellar and find them years later. The only notes we have on this beer is from an email from 2021 that just says “Pear?” So what we know: this was likely blended in 2021, with a selection of one-to-two year barrels further aged on pears (what kind of pears? No idea.)
