By cooling the boiling wort before the final hop charge, we’re able to extract essential oils that don’t evaporate, delivering a subtle yuzu and tangy lemon aromas and flavors with added bitterness. With a malt base composed of Pilsen Malt, Carapils, and white wheat, fermentation with Swiss lager yeast, Brilliant! Lager pours bright, effervescent and wildly refreshing.
