Beer Description
Cocoon’s first Italian pilsner, created for a special event with Chef Leo Spizzirri in July 2026. Italian pilsners pair well with Italian food, especially spicy or rich dishes like spicy pasta (arrabbiata), pizza, and cured meats (prosciutto), as their crispness and herbal, citrusy hop notes cut through fat and complement acidity.
