Beer Description
Built around a heavy dose of New Zealand Riwaka and Mosaic in both T-90 and Cryo form. Explosive aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit, and ripe tropical fruit are layered with sticky pine and dank resin before a clean, assertively bitter finish.
Journey Into The Unknown is a collaboration with Temescal Brewing, built around a heavy dose of New Zealand Riwaka and Mosaic in both T-90 and Cryo form.
