Beer Description
Our brewer wanted to craft sunshine in a glass and couldn’t think of a better style than a Belgian wheat. We started with a near 50:50 blend of German pils malt and unmalted wheat to create a creamy canvas, before hitting her with loads of dried orange peel and a touch of toasted coriander to add warm spice and citrus undertones. Then we finished her with two specialty yeast strains that contribute a nice pepperiness and dry, lightly acidic finish. Expect flavors of vanilla, citrus, and white pepper with refreshingly dry finish
