Clean, dry and unapologetically hoppy. Charged with pine, citrus and resin, finished with firm bitterness on a crisp malt backbone. Simcoe in full focus with a hop load of 16g/L!
The 2026 IPA Series follows the SINGLE HOP PROTOCOL as our Brew Bots step into the brewers’ roles and start scanning for the best hops available. Inspector Tony is up first, selecting Simcoe and pushing it to maximum output in this West Coast IPA. Clean, dry and unapologetically hoppy. Charged with pine, citrus and resin, finished with firm bitterness on a crisp malt backbone. Simcoe in full focus with a hop load of 16g/L!
