Beer Description
A little blend of new and contemporary while honoring the old “OG”. A hazy hoppy pale ale called, “NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THE TERMITES”. We called up @crosbyhops hops and they sent us a couple special lots of their estate grown cascade and a late season harvest cascade called “deep cut.” After pairing these hops with Simcoe and Amarillo the beer finished with huge ripened orange, mandarin, and grapefruit balanced with a pithy citrus bitterness on the finish.
