Beer Description
Fruit: Blackberry and Mango.
A complex blend of foeder fermented ales refermented on blackberry and mango puree. The result is bright, tart, and fruit forward, while retaining the nuance of multiple house cultures and wood aging just below the surface. Subtle oak and funk provide balance to the juicy berry and tropical fruit. Flaunting a gorgeous pink blush and almost burgundy color, with high carbonation that enhances the refreshing acidity.
