Beer Description
This fresh hop beer is all about the great Pacific Northwest. The naturally soft water in Oregon City is great for pilsners, and each year we’ll rotate the hop variety and use a PNW take on a classic hop. In 2026 we’re using Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms. The result is this eminently drinkable, lemony and citrusy treat. ’Tis the season for fresh hops, so crush one while you can!
