Beer Description
A traditional single decoction develops deep layers of fresh bread, toasted crust, and rustic grain before a long cold rest in our oak foeder rounds everything into a soft, amber lager with hints of herbal spice, subtle oak, and a dry, earthy finish.
Brewed with our pal Mike Nuhn from Tonewood, Average Nobody is a local twist on a rustic Franconian-style Landbier, brewed entirely from Northeast ingredients: New Jersey-grown barley and rye from Rabbit Hill, and New York-grown USDA 032 hops from The Hop Guild.
