Beer Description
In your mouth, there are some deliciously bright flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, kumquat, lime, mango, and berry. The bitterness is moderate, but leaves an oily tongue coating dryness that makes this beer hard to put down.
Havoc is a dry, danky, and resinous West Coast, just like we like them! It’s combining some super expressive NZ qualities with the amped up danky Mosaic Cryo. We also got our hands on some of that delicious Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Farms to add another rad layer of Nelson! The nose jumps out of the glass with dank/diesel along with passionfruit and citrus. In your mouth, there are some deliciously bright flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, kumquat, lime, mango, and berry. We left the grain bill very simple, based on pils malt, to allow the rad hop flavors to shine. The bitterness is moderate, but leaves an oily tongue coating dryness that makes this beer hard to put down.
